Hosting and delivery through Cloudflare

This static website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare. When you request a page, Cloudflare processes technical information needed to send the website to your browser and protect it from abuse. This may include your IP address, the requested address, the date and time of the request, HTTP headers such as your browser’s user agent and referrer, and routing or security information.

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interests are providing a secure, reliable, and efficient website and preventing malicious traffic. Cloudflare retains information according to the type of data and only for as long as needed to provide and protect its services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Cloudflare operates a global network, so information may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Where required, Cloudflare relies on safeguards such as adequacy decisions, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Analytics through Umami Cloud

This website uses Umami Cloud in its EU region to understand overall traffic and improve the starter website. The analytics are limited to basic traffic information:

Umami does not use cookies, track you across websites, or create advertising profiles. This website does not use Umami custom events, performance monitoring, heatmaps, session replay, or other behavioral-tracking features.

Umami uses the IP address transiently to derive approximate location and help calculate an anonymous session identifier, but does not store the IP address. The identifier is derived from technical request information and rotating values rather than a cookie. The tracker respects your browser’s Do Not Track setting and does not collect analytics when that setting is enabled.

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is understanding how many people visit the website, which pages are useful, and how the site can be improved. The limited, cookieless configuration reduces the effect on visitors’ privacy. You may object to this processing at any time by enabling Do Not Track in your browser or contacting Bryan using the link above.

Analytics records are kept only while they remain useful for these purposes. They are reviewed and deleted when they are no longer needed. Umami Cloud is provided by Umami Software, Inc. Although the analytics account uses the EU region, limited processing outside the European Economic Area may occur when the service is operated or supported. Cookies and other services

Umami does not set analytics cookies. This website does not use accounts, contact forms, newsletters, advertising, or automated decision-making, and it does not sell visitor information.

The website includes links to other websites and social networks. No data is sent to those destinations merely because a link appears here. If you follow a link, the destination processes information under its own privacy practices.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions and exceptions in data protection law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal data. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests and request data portability where it applies.
